Lastly, Jam City has sold its Montreal-based studio Ludia to a group of Canadian investors and senior management after receiving a compelling acquisition offer.

Legal Stuff
Hidden Variable has ceased development on Skullgirls Mobile and 2nd Encore due to a dispute with Autumn Games, filing a lawsuit over alleged contract breaches and unpaid fees totaling $131,500 plus expenses.
